Mrs. Kathy Sultan was born in Los Angeles. She grew up in Anaheim before attending high school in Europe. She attended UCLA where she got her B.A. in Anthropology and her elementary teaching credential. She then taught kindergarten in Santa Monica before starting a family. While participating in a parent education class with her first-born child, she decided that teaching parent education would be a good fit for her. This led her to Emerson Adult School where she taught Parent/Child Parent Education classes. Kathy received a M.A. in Early Childhood Education in 2010 from Cal State Long Beach. She is thrilled to be at Covenant Preschool as the director.
Kathy is the mother of three beautiful daughters and the active grandmother of six grandchildren.
In her “free” time Kathy likes to spin, walk, talk, read, play bridge, watch sports, and spend time with her husband and family. Most of all she feels that it is a privilege to be at Covenant, supported by a dedicated staff and surrounded by a wonderful community of parents and children.
